Operational Risk Oversight Analyst

Operational risk oversight meets ServiceNow expertise in Toronto with TD Asset Management, supporting governance, remediation, and informed decisions.

As a Business Risk Analyst, you will provide independent challenge across TDAM operational risk, Issues Management, remediation, and Risk Acceptance. The work includes monitoring risk indicators, assessing business changes, and translating enterprise requirements into practical governance practices. You will analyze quantitative and qualitative information while working with leaders, Issue Owners, control partners, and enterprise risk functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead independent Business Risk Oversight for assigned TDAM activities
• Oversee ServiceNow/eGRC Issues, remediation, evidence, and escalations
• Challenge root causes, risk ratings, plans, dates, and controls
• Deliver management-ready reporting on risk posture and emerging themes
• Oversee Risk Acceptance approvals, monitoring, reassessment, and closure

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree, technical certificate, or equivalent relevant experience
• Two-plus years in operational risk, controls, governance, or compliance
• Ability to lead moderately complex activities independently
• Sound judgment and stakeholder influence
• ServiceNow/eGRC and remediation monitoring experience is an asset
