Operational Technology Consultant

Overview

In this role you will support PA’s Digital & Data team to deliver secure, innovative software solutions for clients across sectors. You’ll work with cross‑functional colleagues on agile projects, solving complex problems and sharing knowledge to accelerate transformation. The role blends technical delivery with a client‑centred approach, offering growth through a culture that values learning and collaboration. • Collaborate with product, design and cross‑disciplinary teams to bring ideas to life

• Security management of industrial control systems and OT applications (Process control, SCADA, distributed control, PLCs/RTUs)
• Industrial cyber security, data communications and monitoring
• Electricity transmission and distribution network control; IoT/Industrial IoT
• Security risk management, architecture and monitoring
• Industries: electricity, oil & gas, water, civil nuclear, transport, broader critical infrastructure
• Security standards: NCSC NIS Guidance, CAF, ISO 27001/27005, NERC CIP, ISA-99/IEC 62443, NIST CSF
• UK security clearance and residency requirements for certain roles (5 years UK residency)
