A leading consultancy is looking to hire an Operational Technology (OT) Consultant to join its growing Cyber Security and Digital practice.

Operational Technology (OT) Consultant

• Location: UK (Hybrid)

The Opportunity

This role offers the opportunity to work with some of the UK's most complex and critical operational technology environments, helping organisations improve the security, resilience and performance of industrial systems across a range of critical infrastructure sectors. You will work with clients across energy, utilities, water, nuclear, transport, oil & gas and wider critical national infrastructure environments, supporting the delivery of OT cyber security strategy, risk management, architecture and security improvement programmes. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to combine deep technical expertise with client-facing consulting responsibilities on large-scale transformation and security projects. Candidates must be based in the UK and have full right to work in the UK. Unfortunately, visa sponsorship is not available for this position. Applicants must be comfortable with hybrid working and travelling to customer sites when required, with onsite requirements varying depending on project and customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver OT and industrial cyber security consultancy services to clients
• Assess and improve the security posture of operational technology environments
• Support cyber security risk assessments and security improvement programmes
• Work closely with client stakeholders to develop practical security solutions
• Provide expertise across industrial control systems and critical infrastructure environments
• Contribute to security architecture reviews and security strategy development
• Support project delivery across a range of sectors and client engagements
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver business and technical outcomes
