Operational Technology (OT) Architect

In this role you will lead the design and delivery of OT architecture for a large-scale industrial transformation, collaborating with engineering, infrastructure, and cyber security teams to ensure secure, regulated operational environments. You will define standards and roadmaps that align with business goals and compliance requirements across manufacturing, utilities, transport, and energy sectors. You will tackle security-conscious network designs, segmentation, and OT governance in collaboration with cross-functional partners. This position offers impact through shaping critical infrastructure and security postures in a regulated context.

• Design and deliver OT architecture strategies, standards, and roadmaps
• Secure industrial networks and segmented architectures across OT/ICS environments
• Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, cyber security, and operational teams to ensure alignment with business and regulatory requirements
• Define OT security controls, remote access, and zero-trust concepts for industrial environments
• Support governance and compliance with IEC 62443, NIST, NIS2, ISO 27001
• Guide implementation of OT monitoring and threat detection within industrial networks

• Proven experience as OT/ICS/Industrial Network Architect or similar
• Strong knowledge of OT, ICS, SCADA environments
• Experience designing secure industrial networks and segmented architectures
• Understanding of SCADA, PLCs, DCS, Industrial Ethernet, firewalls, remote access, and zero trust
• Knowledge of industrial protocols: Modbus, DNP3, OPC-UA, Profinet, EtherNet/IP
• Experience with OT cyber security frameworks and standards (IEC 62443, NIST, NIS2, ISO 27001)
