In this managerial capacity, you will oversee the development and improvement of IESO’s Operational Technology ecosystem. Your responsibility includes leading strategic initiatives that align with corporate objectives while ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards. With a strong foundation in electric utility operations and team collaboration, you will be an essential part of delivering secure energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities: • Manage and evolve OT systems and infrastructure • Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry requirements • Oversee system performance and capacity planning • Lead software, hardware, and technology upgrades • Develop operational support processes for OT platforms
Requirements: • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or IT discipline • 5–7 years of experience in OT or utility operations • 3–5 years of leadership experience • Familiarity with NERC CIP and cybersecurity standards • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
