Operations Analyst SQL Power BI

Use SQL and Power BI to turn operational data into actionable insights as an Operations Analyst at Uline’s Toronto location in Milton.

This Operations Analyst role supports Uline’s North American operations through business analysis, auditing, and data analytics. You will develop reporting tools, investigate performance trends, and recommend improvements. The position partners with Sales, Customer Service, and Distribution Operations to solve challenges and support strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Turn complex business data into leadership insights and recommendations
• Analyze branch performance, productivity, and error trends
• Own analytical projects and measure results
• Partner with teams across Uline to solve business challenges
• Develop reporting tools using SQL and Power BI

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required; preferred majors include Business or Economics
• Three or more years of analyst experience
• Experience in auditing and data analytics
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SQL, and Power BI
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
