Operations Analytics & Staffing Forecast Specialist

Canadian Tire in Welland is seeking an Operations Analyst to join the Operational Analytics & Insights team. You will support budgeting, forecasting, and staffing analyses across the contact centre, consolidating data from multiple sources to provide actionable recommendations that improve efficiency and service levels.

You will build and maintain dashboards for leadership, track performance against budgets, and develop short- and long-term forecasts for staffing and capacity.
