Operations Associate - Reconciliations / Risk Control

In this role you will oversee reconciliation and risk-control processes, partnering with global stakeholders to ensure books and records accuracy while driving operational excellence. You’ll work within Operations to support financial transactions, implement effective controls, and strengthen client relationships. The position offers exposure to cross-functional teams and a focus on process improvement and automation to enhance reconciliation outcomes.

• Execute complex processes and assist Team Manager in coordinating processes, risks and projects in a Team Lead capacity
• Identify risk in day-to-day processes and propose changes to improve effectiveness
• Train colleagues, allocate tasks, and support first-line escalation
• Share expert knowledge and contribute to team output and development
• Oversee reconciliation exceptions with timely investigation, escalation, and resolution per firm policies
• Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and efficiency gains in reconciliation outcomes

• Reconciliation / Risk Control background within Financial Services
• Ability to operate independently in some responsibilities
• Culture carrier across Operations with alignment to Firm values
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and data analysis; familiarity with reconciliation platforms or workflow tools is advantageous
• Strong investigative and analytical ability to resolve operational exceptions
