Operations Associate, Wealth Services & Client Support

Wellington-Altus Private Wealth in Winnipeg is seeking an Operations Associate to support Wealth Advisors and associates by ensuring quality control of documents and proper procedure implementation. You will manage doc queries, account openings, and ticket workflows, collaborating across departments to deliver accurate and timely service.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in financial services, strong MS Office skills, and a client-service mindset. This is an on-site role in our Winnipeg office.
