Operations / Data Analyst

In this role you will support Europe Operations by delivering MI and data-driven insights to improve account processing and performance. You will work across cross-functional teams, including actuarial and finance, to design reports, validate data, and manage audits. You’ll lead continuous improvement initiatives and maintain documentation and training materials. • Design and develop Europe Operations MI and reporting for performance and account processing statuses
• Plan and deliver client audit programmes and coordinate external audits for Europe Operations
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives, drive change, and maintain SOPs and training materials
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to meet client and internal needs
• Validate key reports before sharing with stakeholders and flag data issues or anomalies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Aptitude for managing data with advanced Excel skills
• Knowledge of basic coding or an interest in learning
• Insurance exposure is beneficial but not essential
