Operations Data Analyst Intern

Support structured data work at Manulife as an Operations Data Analyst Intern in a hybrid setting, using Excel and Power BI.

This student role supports Print & Post operations through data cataloging, cleanup, validation, and reporting preparation. You will work with applications, vendors, document types, materials, invoices, and operational data. The position suits third- or fourth-year students in analytics, finance, accounting, operations, business, information systems, or related programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build the P&P data catalog structure
• Map vendors to applications and document types
• Prepare cleaned inputs for Power BI reporting
• Validate data quality and document assumptions
• Document manual reporting and automation ideas

Requirements:

• Third- or fourth-year undergraduate study
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Comfort working with multiple data sources
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and ask questions

Develop practical experience in Excel analysis, Power BI preparation, data validation, and operational reporting at Manulife.
