Operations Data Analyst Intern

Build structured data skills as an Operations Data Analyst Intern with Manulife, using Excel, data validation, and Power BI preparation. This role is hybrid.

This internship supports Print & Post operations through cataloging, mapping, reporting, and process documentation. You will work with vendor, invoice, inventory, materials, and operational data. The role suits a third or fourth year student in Business Analytics, Finance, Data Analytics, Accounting, Operations Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build a structured Print & Post data catalog
• Map vendors to applications and document types
• Clean and prepare inputs for Power BI reporting
• Validate data and document assumptions, sources, and gaps
• Document manual reporting processes and automation ideas

Requirements:

• Third or fourth year undergraduate or equivalent co-op student
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and structured data comfort
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow data-handling standards
• Power BI exposure preferred, but not mandatory

Develop practical expertise in Excel analysis, data cataloging, validation, Power BI preparation, and operational reporting at Manulife.
