Operations Director - HR Software Development

In this role you will lead the operations function to drive efficiency and support rapid growth in a software-focused environment. You will work closely with the Managing Director on strategy and with the Business Transformation Manager to ensure ISO-aligned processes. The position offers a clear path toward General Manager responsibility as the business scales through organic growth and acquisitions. You will build strong client and supplier relationships and set KPIs to govern delivery and performance. This is a high-impact role for shaping operational excellence in a fast-growing HCM software company.

• Lead the operations teams, driving efficiencies and process improvements
• Main point of contact for operational queries
• Collaborate with the Managing Director on overall business strategy and growth direction
• Work with the Business Transformation Manager to implement policies aligned with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001
• Develop relationships with clients and suppliers and set KPIs for service delivery and performance

• 2/3 years Director level experience in an Operations role within the software industry
• Proven track record of managing teams and promoting from within
• Experience and knowledge of budgeting and/or P&L management
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 would be desirable
