Operations Generalist: Build & Scale Startup Ops

Glot Inc. in London is looking for a generalist to join the business side, starting with operations—from the office and equipment to onboarding and registers.

You’ll own the operational scope as the company grows, building systems where gaps exist and aligning with the Founder and Chief of Staff. You’ll shape processes, keep contracts and policies up to date, lead small projects end-to-end, and provide clear recommendations backed by numbers.
