Key Responsibilities: • Foster relationships with cash processing and transport teams • Engage and develop staff to enhance performance • Plan and organize work for unionized employees • Ensure compliance with safety rules and procedures • Implement policies and monitor productivity objectives
Requirements: • Valid Federal Firearms License (PAL) • Minimum 5 years leadership experience in unionized settings • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite • Valid driver's license with good record • Strong leadership and communication skills
