Overview

As Operations Service Manager, you lead an operational care technology service within the Argenti partnership. You will coordinate referrals, partners, and service improvements to meet KPIs while safeguarding privacy and usability. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a high-quality QA programme and data-driven performance reporting. The role focuses on improving outcomes for vulnerable service users through innovative care technology. You will thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment that values impactful, collaborative problem-solving.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the operational care technology service and referrals
  • Coordinate partner organisations and continuous improvement activities
  • Lead the service delivery team
  • Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation for privacy, security, and usability
  • Prepare and ensure accurate detailed service performance reports with Finance/Performance
  • Conduct operational data analysis to spot trends and impact
  • Lead engagement with service user groups
  • Direct the Quality Assurance Programme to meet contract and TSA standards
  • Oversee service development from initiation to completion aligning with strategic objectives
  • Lead service reviews and communicate with service user groups
  • Collaborate with team to progress a innovative care technology approach
Key requirements
  • Experienced manager with care technology in social care or health services
  • Proven ability to manage a remote team with varied working styles
  • Passion for working in Adult Social Care and improving lives
  • Good understanding of outcomes of care technology
  • Excellent communication skills for client engagement and high-quality reporting
  • Strong organisational and project management skills with attention to detail
  • Located in or willing to commute to South West London twice a week
  • Strong understanding of social care users and their needs
