About the Role

Are you the go-to person when technology stops working? We are hiring an Operations Technology Expert in South Hill, VA to support the systems that keep our daily operations running.

Responsibilities
  • Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, POS systems, printers, and devices
  • Support Wi-Fi, network, and internet connectivity issues
  • Help staff with software, logins, and day-to-day tech questions
  • Install updates and keep equipment and systems running smoothly
  • Track issues, document fixes, and work with vendors when needed
  • Train team members on new tools and technology
Qualifications
  • 1+ year of IT support, help desk, or tech experience preferred
  • Comfortable troubleshooting hardware, software, and networks
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Organized and able to manage multiple requests
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
