Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, POS systems, and devices
  • Resolve network, Wi-Fi, and internet issues
  • Provide friendly tech support to staff and managers
  • Manage software updates and equipment setups
  • Document issues and coordinate with outside vendors
  • Help roll out and train teams on new technology
Qualifications
  • 1+ year of IT support or technical experience preferred
  • Solid troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and networks
  • Clear communicator with a customer service mindset
  • Able to prioritize and handle multiple requests
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
