Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Ophthalmologist with refractive surgery expertise to join a growing, patient-centered, multi-specialty ophthalmology group in Tampa, Florida.

This opportunity is ideal for a surgeon experienced in laser vision correction and refractive cataract surgery who is passionate about excellent patient outcomes and advanced ophthalmic technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive ophthalmic care.

• Perform cataract surgery and refractive procedures, including LASIK, PRK, SMILE, and ICL, as applicable to training and experience.

• Manage preoperative and postoperative patient care.

• Work collaboratively with optometrists, technicians, and clinical staff.

• Maintain accurate electronic medical records.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with completion of an ophthalmology residency.

• Board certified or board eligible in ophthalmology.

• Active Florida medical license.

• Strong surgical and clinical skills.

• Excellent communication and patient-care abilities.

• Experience in refractive surgery and premium IOLs preferred.
