Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour

Schedule: Typically 4‑hour shifts

Employment Type: Seasonal, part‑time, OPS (no benefits)

Location: Sanford, FL

Training: Paid training provided

Primary Responsibilities

  • Assist with print production, finishing, packaging, and order preparation
  • Inspect printed materials for quality and accuracy
  • Organize and prepare materials for production and delivery
  • Follow production schedules and workflow priorities
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Support team members in meeting production deadlines

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
  • Excellent organizational and time‑management skills
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Physical Requirements

  • Frequent lifting and moving of materials weighing 60 pounds or more
  • Standing for extended periods
  • Repetitive bending, reaching, and carrying
  • Ability to perform physical production tasks throughout the shift
