Optical Assembly & Test Architect

Raytheon ELCAN seeks an Assembly and Test Planner to define, implement and maintain assembly and test processes for world-class optical products. You will collaborate with skilled professionals, leverage advanced technologies, and contribute to the success of high-precision systems.

You will interpret data packages, perform optical testing, and develop fixtures, tooling, and ERP routings. A strong engineering background and hands-on problem solving are essential.
