Key Responsibilities: • Develop hermetic packaging processes in collaboration with designers • Innovate new sealing methods and expand our process toolbox • Support assembly processes from inception to production • Assist the broader Hermetics team with expertise and peer review
Requirements: • Bachelor’s or MSc in Engineering Physics or related field • 5+ years of relevant experience • Strong knowledge of materials science for optics • Familiarity with assembly process development • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
