Optical Transport & IP Networking Software Intern

Ciena Corporation is seeking a university intern to gain hands-on experience across software engineering, optical transport telecom, and Layer 3/IP networking. The role involves lab-based engineering, automation, testing, and knowledge transfer to Services teams and partners.

You will collaborate with global technical teams, contribute to documentation, and learn how new product features are introduced to customers. Starting January 2027 for an 8-month term.
