This BRM Software Developer supports Global Billing Solution implementation on Oracle BRM. The work requires BRM, PDC, ECE, and customer implementation experience. You will apply pricing, rating, billing, invoicing, integration, and debugging knowledge while coordinating with stakeholders and delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement applications on Oracle Billing Revenue Management
  • Develop custom policies and MTA applications for customer requirements
  • Design real-time and delayed usage pricing plans
  • Configure rating and discounting with Pipeline and ECE
  • Debug functional and data issues with an end-to-end view

Requirements:

  • Minimum eight-plus years of product experience
  • Strong understanding of Oracle BRM capabilities technically and functionally
  • Working experience with BRM, PDC, and ECE
  • Strong C and C++ skills with Java knowledge
  • Knowledge of Unix, Perl, Oracle SQL, and PL/SQL
