Oracle CC&B Test Lead

Lead Oracle Customer Care and Billing testing at Tata Consultancy Services, applying utility expertise, test strategy, and defect management. Coordinate end-to-end quality activities across enterprise applications.

This experienced CC&B Test Lead manages testing for utility-based projects and related integrations. The work covers Oracle CC&B, EDI validation, functional and integration testing, and stakeholder coordination. Tosca or Selenium experience is preferred for automated testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead testing for Oracle Customer Care and Billing applications
• Develop test strategies, plans, cases, and execution schedules
• Manage functional, integration, regression, performance, and UAT testing
• Validate CC&B EDI processes, APIs, services, and application layers
• Coordinate defect triage, resolution, reporting, and quality assurance

Requirements:

• Experience leading CC&B or utility project testing activities
• Expertise in Oracle Customer Care and Billing
• Knowledge of utility operations and industry requirements
• Experience with JIRA, HP ALM, or similar tools
• Strong stakeholder management, reporting, and team leadership skills
