Overview

As an Oracle Cloud EPM Consultant, you will design and deliver EPM cloud solutions for clients across government and financial services, working closely with finance teams from discovery to go-live. You’ll contribute to a delivery-driven, AI-enabled practice and help clients reinvent their financial planning, consolidation, and close processes. This role offers hands-on implementation work, cross-functional collaboration, and opportunities to shape scalable EPM designs. You’ll join a delivery-focused, client-centric team that emphasizes outcomes and credible stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Configure and validate Oracle Cloud EPM solutions (FCCS; EPBCS/PBCS) and extend across the suite (planning, budgeting, forecasting)
  • Coordinate data migration and integration into EPM; ensure data accuracy and reconciliation
  • Lead workshops, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive project scope and timelines
  • Apply user-experience thinking (personas, journeys) to improve EPM design and usability
  • Operate in an AI-first delivery mindset, leveraging agents and orchestration to support outcomes
  • Collaborate with broader Oracle Cloud ERP teams and deliver end-to-end solutions from prep to go-live
  • Own delivery scope and support the team through day-to-day delivery and client communication
Key requirements
  • Oracle Cloud EPM expertise with hands-on delivery
  • Experience across FCCS and EPBCS/PBCS; broader EPM modules preferred
  • Data migration, transformation and reconciliation skills
  • Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, consolidation and close processes in finance
  • Public sector or financial services exposure is a plus
  • Oracle EPM certification; professional finance/accounting qualification preferred (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent)
  • Strong stakeholder management, workshops facilitation, and clear communication
