Overview

As Oracle Cloud EPM Manager, you own the EPM workstream within large-scale finance transformation programmes. You serve as the design authority for Oracle EPM, linking planning, consolidation, and close to CFO-focused outcomes. You lead end-to-end delivery, collaborate with Oracle delivery and cross-functional teams, and help grow the practice with reusable assets. This role sits at the intersection of finance, technology, and AI-enabled delivery, shaping performance insight for the board. You will work with senior stakeholders to drive faster closes, credible forecasts, and sharper financial insight.

Responsibilities
  • Own the Oracle EPM workstream end to end, including fit-to-standard design, testing, and deployment
  • Serve as the finance design authority for the Oracle EPM domain and ensure integration with the wider Oracle finance solution
  • Lead cross-functional delivery teams onshore and offshore, managing dependencies and finance outcomes
  • Facilitate design forums with senior FP&A stakeholders and provide clear status, issue management, and decision recommendations
  • Shape proposals, bids, and transformation approaches; contribute to building reusable assets and points of view
  • Champion AI-enabled delivery concepts and leverage Oracle Fusion AI and agents to augment EPM solutions
Key requirements
  • Deep, hands-on Oracle Cloud EPM expertise across planning, budgeting, forecasting (EPBCS), Essbase, Hyperion foundations, consolidation and close
  • Strong FP&A, integrated planning, management reporting, and analytics experience
  • Proven ability to lead complex, multi-entity or multi-country delivery and manage senior client discussions
  • Professional finance or accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) and client-facing leadership
  • Track record delivering Oracle Cloud EPM on large-scale programmes
