Oracle Cloud HCM Senior Manager

As an Oracle Cloud HCM Senior Manager at Accenture in London, you will architect and deliver Oracle HCM cloud transformations for diverse clients. You will lead delivery, build credibility with senior stakeholders, and collaborate with delivery and sales teams to shape solutions. You’ll mentor juniors while anchoring cost estimates and data/integration considerations. This role blends hands-on architecture with client leadership in a dynamic Oracle practice. • Architect, design and deliver Oracle HCM Cloud solutions
• Independently drive delivery of HCM cloud transformation programs
• Develop credibility and relationships with client stakeholders
• Collaborate with delivery and sales to represent the solution
• Define inputs for cost estimates and prepare cost models
• Mentor and coach junior team members

• 6+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud applications
• Experience implementing multiple modules in Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR, Position Management)
• Consultancy environment experience
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior clients and colleagues
• Comfort with solutioning data and integrations
