Oracle CX Cloud Consultant - Drive CRM & Experience

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced Oracle CX Functional Consultant to drive transformation for UKI clients. You will collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements and design Oracle CX Cloud solutions across Sales, Service, and Marketing clouds.

You will lead workshops, produce BRDs/FDDs, and support testing, adoption, and deployment while coordinating with integration teams for ERP/CRM links. Strong English communication and agile delivery experience are essential.
