In this role you will lead delivery of Oracle Data & AI projects, turning business requirements into scalable data and AI solutions on OCI and Oracle platforms. You will work closely with client stakeholders to shape architecture, guide technical teams, and contribute to proposals and business development. The opportunity focuses on cloud-based data platforms, AI use cases, and transformative data initiatives within a global consulting context. You will operate in a client-facing, collaborative environment and drive measurable value.

Responsibilities
  • Manage delivery of Oracle Data & AI projects across strategy, design, implementation and deployment phases
  • Design and implement modern data platforms leveraging OCI and Oracle Data & AI products
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable data/AI solutions
  • Support AI and Generative AI use cases using Oracle AI Services, OCI Generative AI, Vector Search and Oracle Database 23ai
  • Provide hands-on technical leadership and guide development teams throughout project delivery
  • Contribute to solution architecture, estimating, proposals, and business development activities
Key requirements
  • Proven experience delivering data platform, analytics, AI or ML projects using Oracle technologies
  • Strong technical experience across OCI, Oracle Autonomous Database, Oracle Database, Oracle Data Integration, GoldenGate, Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Oracle Data Intelligence
  • Experience designing and delivering AI and Generative AI solutions leveraging OCI AI Services, OCI Generative AI, Vector Search, RAG patterns and LLMs
  • Strong SQL, data modelling, ETL/ELT and data engineering skills for scalable enterprise data platforms
  • Previous consultancy experience leading workstreams and managing client engagements
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Lifecycle experience of Oracle AI solutions (business case, requirements, fit/gap, cloud architecture, design, deployment)
  • One or more Oracle certifications across OCI, Data Management, AI Services or Autonomous Database
  • Ability to travel to support client engagements
  • Confidence in presenting challenging points of view to clients
  • Ability to communicate complex AI concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Structured thinking to organize team activities and grow colleagues
