- Build, configure and administer database environments on the target platform
- Execute data migration, validation and reconciliation from legacy databases
- Tune performance and support dual-running data sync
- Resolve database incidents/problems and support defect resolution
- Maintain database documentation and running instructions
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as an Oracle DBA
- Strong experience in Oracle database administration
- Expertise in data migration, validation, and reconciliation
- Hands-on experience with performance tuning, backup, and recovery
- Proven ability to ensure data integrity and database reliability
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL) administration
