Overview

In this role you drive Oracle EPM Cloud Planning implementations for large organisations, shaping planning solutions and supporting end-to-end delivery. You’ll work with finance stakeholders to translate requirements into functional designs within a fast-moving delivery team. You’ll deepen technical depth on Planning and automate scalable processes, contributing to multi-pillar Oracle Cloud transformation programmes. Responsibilities
  • Contribute to Oracle Planning Cloud implementations
  • Support end-to-end delivery: requirements gathering, design, build, test, and post-go-live support
  • Design and configure planning solutions (models, forms, dashboards, calculations, workflows)
  • Develop planning models for budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, and CapEx
  • Utilise Smart View, Data Management, EPM Automate, and Groovy rules to enable efficient planning
  • Engage with finance stakeholders in workshops, define solutions, and assist with training
  • Support quarterly Oracle Cloud updates, patch testing, and continuous improvement initiatives
Key requirements
  • Solid functional experience with Oracle EPM Cloud Planning (PBCS/EPBCS)
  • Experience on at least one to two EPM Cloud Planning project lifecycles
  • Hands-on experience with planning model design, forms, dashboards, and Smart View
  • Knowledge of business rules, calculations, and basic Groovy scripting
  • Data Management integrations
  • Understanding of how Oracle Planning integrates with ERP and broader EPM solutions
  • Ability to translate business requirements into functional designs
