Oracle EPM Senior Manager

In this role you will articulate and design Oracle Cloud EPM solutions to solve complex client problems, supporting business development and delivery across industries. You will lead system design and delivery, including release and integration management, and data migration strategy, to define end-to-end EPM capabilities. You’ll leverage leading practice EPM solutions to meet client business requirements and work with a global network of experts to address client needs. This is a chance to shape transformations across FP&A, planning, consolidation, and data management in enterprise settings.

• Communicate compelling, well-thought-out Oracle Cloud EPM solutions for client problems
• Support business development and project delivery across multi-industry clients
• Lead system design and delivery, including release, integration, and data-migration strategy
• Define and implement end-to-end EPM solutions leveraging leading practices
• Contribute to presales, scoping, planning and post go-live support as a Solution Architect

• Experience across Oracle Cloud EPM implementation lifecycles (presales to post go-live)
• Detailed knowledge of Oracle Cloud EPM end-to-end finance processes
• End-to-end business process design across FP&A, planning, consolidation, data management
• Experience with EPBCS, FCCS, PCMCS, DM, EDMCS (ARCS and EPRCS advantageous)
• Governance, data management, master data management, data quality
• Experience managing a team of 10+
• Planning and estimation experience for Oracle Cloud EPM programmes
• Degree-level education or equivalent
