Connect2Dorset in Dorchester is seeking an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant to lead end-to-end Core HR and UK Payroll design within Dorset Council’s ERP Transformation Programme. Hybrid role requiring attendance on site at Dorchester.

You will translate service requirements into practical Oracle Fusion Cloud designs, challenge the Systems Integrator, and ensure payroll accuracy, governance and reporting across HR, Payroll and Finance.
