Oracle Fusion Specialist — Security, Configuration & OIC


Core Responsibilities

  • Design and build custom RBAC frameworks, configure data security policies and SoD controls, and manage user provisioning, role mapping, and identity management
  • Define the end-to-end process for adding, changing, and removing users, roles, and policies
  • Execute and assist with configurations across Fusion modules using FSM and set up and maintain enterprise structures including Ledgers, Business Units, and Organizations
  • Build real-time and batch integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud connecting Oracle Fusion to third-party systems via REST, SOAP, FBDI, and bulk loaders - both inbound and outbound
  • Assess and action the impact of Oracle's quarterly cloud updates


Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud experience — actual configuration and build work, not functional consulting
  • Proven experience with Oracle Fusion security frameworks — RBAC, SoD, and Data Security Policies
  • Strong OIC skills with a track record of delivering enterprise-grade integrations end to end
  • Solid working knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML, FBDI, and HDL

Good to Have

  • Experience with multi-country or multi-region Oracle Fusion deployments
  • Familiarity with Redwood UI, Page Composer, or Visual Builder
  • Exposure to enterprise systems such as Oracle EBS, SAP, or legacy ERP platforms
  • Oracle Cloud certifications in any relevant module
