Oracle Fusion Systems Analyst

Support Oracle Fusion Cloud operations at Seaspan through structured troubleshooting and OIC integration expertise. This position offers an optional hybrid schedule after 90 days onsite.

As a Systems Analyst III, you will support ERP, SCM, PPM, and OIC capabilities across Seaspan’s enterprise environment. You will analyze Finance and Accounting processes, resolve production issues, and develop functionality for growing business needs. The work connects business processes, application configurations, integrations, and data flows across Finance, Supply Chain, PPM, IT, and connected systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve Oracle production issues through structured troubleshooting and root-cause analysis
• Design and monitor OIC integrations, APIs, mappings, and transformations
• Manage incidents, service requests, enhancements, and problem resolution
• Document requirements, solution designs, interfaces, workflows, and troubleshooting procedures
• Assess releases and coordinate testing and remediation activities

Requirements:

• Three to five years’ Oracle Fusion Cloud experience
• Experience with ERP, SCM, PPM, and OIC
• Knowledge of REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, SQL, and web services
• Bachelor’s degree or post-secondary Computer Science diploma
• Experience supporting on-premise and SaaS applications
