Overview

In this role you will provide technical leadership and hands-on delivery for Oracle Fusion ERP and HCM solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement, extend, and integrate Fusion systems at scale. You will drive analytics, reporting, and data loading tasks while owning technical decisions that impact project outcomes. The position sits within the Applications Management practice and reports to the Service Delivery Manager for the account, offering opportunities to shape architecture and delivery at a global player.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical expertise to support, develop and enhance Oracle Fusion ERP and HCM solutions
  • Develop and support analytics and reporting using AIDP, OAC, BIP, OTBI
  • Design and build Oracle Fusion ERP extensions with VBCS
  • Design, build and support integrations using OIC, REST/SOAP and Fusion adapters
  • Support HDL/data loads, BIP templates, OTBI analyses and interface troubleshooting
  • Act as Technical owner for Oracle Fusion ERP and HCM, recommending impactful options
  • Report to the Service Delivery Manager and be part of the Applications Management practice
Key requirements
  • Excellent knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP modules (finance, procurement, projects, reporting) and Fusion HCM
  • Experience implementing or supporting Oracle Fusion technical solutions
  • Expert understanding of Oracle Fusion ERP architecture, security, data model and end-to-end business flows
  • Hands-on VBCS skills (page extensions, business objects, service connections, Redwood/UX customisations, deployment)
  • Hands-on OIC skills (integrations, adapters, REST/SOAP APIs, scheduled processes, error handling, monitoring)
  • Strong OAC technical skills (data models, dashboards, data visualisation, security, connection management)
  • Fusion technical skills in BIP reports/templates, OTBI analyses/dashboards, HDL
  • Participation in at least one full lifecycle Oracle Fusion ERP/HCM implementation as Technical owner
  • First/Second Line and hands-on Operational Support experience (Incidents, Problems, Requests)
