Overview

As an Oracle HCM Cloud Manager, you lead cloud recruitment workstreams and deliver HCM solutions for cross‑industry clients, including government. You collaborate with the UK Oracle team and build credibility with stakeholders while expanding your leadership and consulting capabilities. This role focuses on delivering Oracle HCM Cloud deployments, data migration, and integrations within a client‑facing environment. You will drive meaningful impact by shaping your projects and leveraging advancing Oracle capabilities to create value for clients.

  • Lead design and delivery of Oracle Cloud Recruitment solutions for cross‑industry clients

Key requirements
  • Oracle HCM Cloud workstream lead implementation experience across Core HR
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM setup and HR business processes
  • Certified in 1 Oracle Module
  • Experience with data migration and data conversion
  • Knowledge of integration touchpoints (e.g. HCM)
  • Understanding HR processes and challenges
