Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Lead

Lead Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll delivery at PwC, applying payroll configuration and reconciliation expertise across client consulting engagements. Work with business and IT stakeholders through solution design workshops.

As an Oracle Payroll Lead, you will analyze client needs and deliver functional solutions across the implementation lifecycle. Your work includes Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll configuration, payroll processes, integrations, data conversion, testing, training, and post-production support. You will translate complex concepts for business audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate discovery, requirements, fit-gap, and solution design workshops
• Own Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll functional design and configuration
• Advise on payroll elements, balances, formulas, costing, and flows
• Maintain solution documents, workbooks, mappings, specifications, and process maps
• Coordinate integrations, reporting, conversions, testing, and payroll reconciliation

Requirements:

• Minimum six years of relevant Oracle Cloud HCM experience
• At least two end-to-end payroll implementations
• Two full projects through go-live, including payroll reconciliation
• Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Payroll implementation lifecycle
• Excellent documentation, communication, and presentation skills
