Overview

In this role you will provide both functional and technical expertise for Oracle Cloud HCM solutions, building and refining estimation models and leading transformation efforts. You will architect Oracle Cloud HCM transformations and present solutions to clients and prospects as the Techno-Functional owner within an ERP context. You’ll cultivate strong relationships with client and internal stakeholders and work within the Applications Management practice to drive successful project outcomes. This role centers on delivering impactful HCM solutions within a consulting environment and collaborating across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
  • Provide functional and technical expertise to develop and support Oracle Cloud HCM solutions
  • Develop and/or refine estimating models and methodologies
  • Architect Oracle Cloud HCM transformations
  • Present solutions to clients and prospects and address queries
  • Serve as the Techno-Functional owner for Oracle Cloud HCM in ERP systems
  • Make decisions materially impacting project outcomes
  • Build relationships with client, incumbent, and NTT DATA stakeholders
  • Report to Service Delivery Manager and be part of the Applications Management practice
Key requirements
  • 10+ years of experience implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud HCM
  • Expert understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM product suite and HR end-to-end flows
  • Expert functional knowledge of multiple Oracle Cloud HCM modules (Core HR, Global Payroll UK, Oracle Cloud Talent Management, Absence Management, HR Help Desk, Oracle Cloud Learning, ORC)
  • Technical skills in fast formulas, Redwood migration, VBCS, OTBI, BI reports, HCM extracts, HDL loader
  • Participation in at least one full lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementation as owner
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Advanced understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP solutions
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 2010–2016
  • First/Second line and hands-on operational support experience (Incident, Problem, Request Fulfilment)
  • Undergraduate degree in Finance or Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and work experience
