Oracle PL/SQL Database Developer

ALS seeks a hands-on Database Developer for its software and technology team. You will develop, enhance, and maintain database-driven applications, integrations, and workflows. The work connects databases, applications, and business processes through practical technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain Oracle SQL and PL/SQL database objects
• Build application functionality, business logic, and data workflows
• Develop integrations with applications, services, and external systems
• Analyze execution plans and improve database performance
• Investigate issues and implement effective preventative fixes

Requirements:

• Three to five or more years of database development experience
• Oracle certification in SQL, PL/SQL, or database development
• Strong Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, relational database, and optimization knowledge
• Experience integrating databases with applications, APIs, or services
• Python, PowerShell, automated deployment, or CI/CD experience
