Oracle Technical - Integration

As a Senior Oracle Integration Consultant, you will shape and deliver Oracle Cloud integration and reporting solutions across ERP and HCM projects. You will work within the Oracle Cloud practice to design, develop, and deploy integrations using OIC, Fusion applications, and reporting tools, while guiding stakeholders through the project lifecycle. The role combines hands-on engineering with technical leadership to ensure scalable, high-quality solutions. You will engage with cross-functional teams to drive successful cloud transformations and enable business value.

• Design, develop, and support integrations between Oracle ERP/HCM Cloud and third-party applications using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC Gen 2/Gen 3)
• Build and maintain REST and SOAP integrations, FBDI loads, HDL processes, and XSLT mappings
• Develop and customise BI Publisher and OTBI reports per business requirements
• Lead requirements gathering sessions and contribute to solution design, estimations, and planning
• Create and maintain technical design documentation and specifications
• Deliver proofs of concepts and recommend best-practice technical solutions
• Support end-to-end delivery including analysis, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
• Develop Oracle Fusion data extracts using BI Publisher, OTBI, and BICC
• Implement robust error-handling and monitoring within OIC
• Manage high-volume, real-time integrations between Oracle Fusion and downstream systems
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to project teams

• Extensive experience with Oracle Cloud technologies
• Hands-on expertise with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC Gen 2/Gen 3)
• Proven Oracle ERP Fusion Cloud and/or Oracle HCM Cloud implementations
• Knowledge of Oracle Fusion REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, FBDI, HDL
• Experience developing and customizing BI Publisher reports (RTF templates, Excel templates, Bursting, UCM)
• SQL and PL/SQL development (packages, procedures, functions)
• Experience building custom ESS jobs and Oracle reporting solutions
• Strong Oracle BI skills (OTBI, BI Publisher, BICC)
• Experience with ATP, Autonomous Database, and DBaaS
• Technical leadership experience in solution design, estimation, planning, and delivery
• Proven track record delivering at least three Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM implementations
