Overview

In this contract role, you will help drive a major transformation by implementing Oracle Unifier to replace Primavera/Excel-based processes. You’ll collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into a future-state Oracle Unifier solution, supporting rollout, testing, data migration, and go-live readiness. This is a hands-on, cross-functional position focused on delivering a scalable, enterprise PM solution. You’ll join a hybrid Reading team and contribute to sustaining BAU support after go-live.

Responsibilities
  • Provide strong functional expertise across Oracle Unifier
  • Capture and analyze business requirements and pain points from stakeholders
  • Support the implementation and rollout of Oracle Unifier
  • Assess current Primavera/Excel processes and define future-state solution
  • Translate requirements into functional specifications for Oracle Unifier
  • Support configuration discussions to ensure business fit
  • Collaborate with implementation and technical teams throughout delivery
  • Support testing, UAT and business readiness activities
  • Assist with data/process migration considerations as needed
  • Contribute to go-live preparation and transition to BAU
  • Provide ongoing functional support post-implementation
Key requirements
  • Proven experience as an Oracle Unifier Functional Consultant
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Primavera Unifier and its functional capabilities
  • Experience delivering or supporting Oracle Unifier implementations
  • Strong business analysis and requirements-gathering skills
  • Experience translating requirements into functional solutions with stakeholders
  • Knowledge of Primavera and/or existing project management systems
  • Experience with Excel-based processes and transitioning to enterprise solutions
  • Experience across implementation, testing, UAT and go-live activities
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
