Orchestrade Developer - Greenfield

We are working with a newly established systematic hedge fund that is building its technology platform from the ground up and looking for an experienced Orchestrade Developer to take complete ownership of the platform.

This is a genuinely greenfield opportunity with very little legacy technology or bureaucracy. You'll have significant freedom to make technical decisions, shape how Orchestrade is implemented and build the surrounding tooling and integrations in the way you believe is best.

You'll take end-to-end ownership of Orchestrade, working closely with Trading, Risk, Operations and Engineering to build out the platform as the fund scales.

Responsibilities will include:

• Owning the design, development and implementation of Orchestrade
• Building integrations with internal trading, risk and post-trade systems
• Developing and enhancing pricing, risk and analytics functionality
• Designing workflows across trade capture, lifecycle management and downstream processing
• Building tooling and automation around the platform
• Making architectural and technology decisions with significant autonomy
• Working directly with senior stakeholders to determine requirements and priorities
• Helping establish best practices around the platform from day one

What We're Looking For

• Understanding of derivatives, pricing, risk and trade lifecycle
• Experience integrating Orchestrade with wider trading and operational systems
• Comfortable taking ownership rather than working from a predefined blueprint
• Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with technical and business stakeholders

The key attraction is ownership. Rather than joining an established Orchestrade team and maintaining somebody else's implementation, you'll have the freedom to shape the platform, choose how problems are solved and build something from the ground up within a highly technical investment environment.
