Order Entry Data Technician

Order entry and data accuracy define this Sonova technician role, with hybrid work opportunities available through the team-customized model. Support Regional Center Canada operations by routing orders correctly.

As an Order Entry Technician, you will enter new, remake, and service orders while supporting production routing. The work includes Salesforce cases, credits, customer settings, and order updates. You will also perform Total QC functions under Sonova's ISO Quality Policy Manual and training grid requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter new, remake, and service orders into systems
• Release EDX orders for appropriate processing
• Process Salesforce cases and credit returns
• Read and save incoming customer instrument settings
• Complete accurate order updates and Total QC functions

Requirements:

• Secondary education or equivalent required
• Previous general office experience required
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Basic computer skills; SAP and Salesforce preferred
• Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM required
