Oregon Licensed Utilization Management Manager

To ensure effective healthcare delivery for Medicaid members, the full-time Oregon Licensed Utilization Management Manager will oversee the Utilization Management team, manage daily operations, and collaborate with various stakeholders in a fully remote capacity. Key responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of the Utilization Management team, ensuring compliance with Oregon Administrative Rules and organizational policies Lead process improvement initiatives and collaborate with internal and external partners to enhance quality outcomes Supervise and support UM staff, providing training and ensuring adherence to performance standards and regulatory requirements Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field Three (3+) years of supervisory or team leadership experience Two (2+) years of leadership experience in a Utilization Management program Two (2+) years of experience with Oregon Medicaid Preferred: Master's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field
