Clinical Scope

• High-volume elective hand and wrist: carpal tunnel, cubital tunnel, trigger finger, Dupuytren's, CMC arthroplasty, wrist arthroscopy
• Trauma: distal radius, scaphoid, metacarpals, phalanges, tendon and nerve repair
• Arthritis reconstruction, ligament work, and complex upper-extremity reconstruction
• Full hand, wrist, and forearm - operative and non-operative
• Built-in referrals from generalists, sports medicine, and the rest of the orthopedic section

Qualifications

• MD/DO - BC/BE Orthopedic Surgery
• Hand / upper-extremity fellowship
• 1-5 years post-fellowship strongly preferred - hungry surgeons who want to own a practice, not rent one
• Technical skill + ownership mentality

Compensation

• Competitive Year-1 base
