Orthopedic Surgery Äì Hand Surgery Physician - Waterloo, IA Position Details:

• Full-time, multi-specialty opportunity
• Efficient, well-supported clinic located at an ambulatory campus with a multi-specialty ASC attached
• Schedule: Monday ÄìFriday, 8:00 AM Äì 5:00 PM
• Shared call with a strong work/life balance
• 204-bed hospital, Level III Trauma Center
• Established hospitalist team
• 16-bed ICU with dedicated intensivist coverage
Responsibilities:
• Management of upper extremity conditions in both inpatient and outpatient settings
• Flexible work week with dedicated surgery days at both the hospital and ASC
• Midlevel support (NP/PA)
• Collaborative team environment focused on improving the health of the people and communities we serve
Qualifications:
• MD or DO
• Fellowship trained in Hand surgery.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
• Hold an unrestricted medical license in the state of Iowa
• Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the Advanced Practitioners field of practice
• Eligible to work in the United States
