Synergy Health Partners is recruiting experienced orthopedic surgeons to join our team at MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center in Mason City, Iowa. Work 7-10 days a month as a permanent member of the surgical team building real relationships with colleagues, patients, and the community. You re not passing through. You re building roots.

Job Details:

• Acute care orthopedic program
• 7-10 days/month with a stable, embedded team
• Supportive and collaborative surgical environment
• Housing stipend provided
• Medical malpractice coverage included
• 1-2 years experience required
• Work with a company created by and for surgeons
• Active IA medical license is a plus

Facility Details:

• Level III Trauma Center
• EMR: Transitioning to Epic in May 2026
• Convenient airport access: United Express offers daily flights to Mason City Municipal Airport (MCW) from Chicago (ORD). Minneapolis-Saint Paul (MSP) is 130 miles; Des Moines (DSM) is 143 miles.
