This is an opportunity to build a busy practice, become part of an established referral network, and pursue a clear pathway to partnership and long-term ownership.
- Clear pathway to partnership and practice ownership
- Primarily based in New Jersey , with access to two community hospitals and an ambulatory surgery center
- Established referral network from primary care, sports medicine, PM&R, urgent care, and hospital-based providers
- General Orthopedic Surgery position with the opportunity to develop subspecialty interests, including total joints
- Balanced mix of clinic and surgical time
- Strong community demand with significant orthopedic volume available
- Collaborative, physician-led culture with mentorship and leadership support
- Opportunity to help grow and shape the orthopedic service line
